Completed work and in-progress work are not eligible for refunds

Communicate clearly and professionally
Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.
Upon full payment:
The client owns the final deliverables (e.g., website design and content)
Lucenvia retains the right to:
Showcase completed work in its portfolio
Use project materials for marketing purposes
Projects may include integrations with third-party tools such as:
Payment processors
Plugins or external platforms
Lucenvia is not responsible for:
Third-party outages
Changes in pricing or functionality
Issues caused by external services
Lucenvia provides services aimed at improving digital presence and performance.
However:
We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
Sales
Leads
Search engine rankings
Performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.
Lucenvia is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control
In all cases, Lucenvia’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Unless explicitly included:
Ongoing maintenance is not part of the initial project
If maintenance is provided:
It will be defined under a separate agreement or subscription
Lucenvia reserves the right to terminate services if:
The client breaches these Terms
Payments are not made
Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive
Any completed work up to termination remains billable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Lucenvia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
